These Terms govern your use of The Wall (thewall.velitessport.com), a digital memorial service operated by VELITES FITNESS S.L. ('Velites'). By registering or using the service you agree to these Terms in full.
Use of Service
The Wall is a personal, non-commercial memorial service. Each registration is for a single individual. You may not register on behalf of another person without their explicit consent. Automated registrations, bots, or bulk submissions are prohibited.
Content Policy
You confirm that any photo you submit is of yourself, taken after completing The Murph Workout. You may not submit photos of other people without their explicit written consent. Velites reserves the right to remove, without notice, any content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, or that violates these Terms.
Image Licence
By submitting a photo you grant Velites Sport S.L. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and display that photo for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes including on social media and print materials. You retain copyright ownership of your photo.
Intellectual Property
All design, code, branding, and content of The Wall (excluding user-submitted photos) is the property of Velites Sport S.L. or its licensors. The Murph Challenge® name and trademarks are the property of The Murph Challenge LLC / Forged®. The Wall is an independent tribute — it is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Murph Challenge LLC.
Limitation of Liability
The Wall is provided 'as is'. Velites does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velites is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Modifications
Velites may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be resolved by the courts of Navarra, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
